Standard returns get a store credit note. Exceptional cases — money back. We're reasonable people.

HOW IT WORKS

EMAIL US FIRST

Before you send anything, drop us a line at [email protected] with your order number and what you'd like to do — swap size or return. We'll confirm and give you the return address.

PACK & POST IT BACK

Fold it neatly, pop it in a bag or box, include a note with your order number inside. Post it back at your cost — tracked is recommended. We're in Berlin, so factor in shipping time.

WE SORT IT

Once we receive and check the item we'll either dispatch your new size or issue your store credit note. You'll get a confirmation email. Turnaround is usually same day.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

💶 REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Our standard policy is store credit — a credit note valid for 12 months that you can use on any order. We think that's fair.

In exceptional circumstances — wrong item sent, manufacturing fault, or something genuinely out of order on our end — we'll issue a full money back refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you're unsure which applies to you, just email us. We're not trying to be difficult.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

That's entirely on us. Email [email protected] with a photo of the fault and your order number. We'll send a replacement straight away — no need to return the faulty item. We stand behind every tee we print, full stop.
